Singer,  Adekunle Gold  revealed that he avoids sleeping with ladies without using a condom because he does not want to have a baby mama. The  Sade  crooner while speaking with PUNCH, disclosed that unlike most of his colleagues in the music industry, having a baby out of wedlock will be a disgrace to his family. The Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) has slammed a Not-To-Be-Broadcast (NTBB) warning on  Olamide ‘s latest single “ Science Student .” Nigerian Tribune reports that the warning was served to all radio and television stations over the week. The Head of Public Affairs of the NBC, Hajia Maimuna Jihada told Tribune that the song was not out-rightly banned but prohibited from being played on local stations for public consumption. She said: ‘NBC does not ban music. Our mandate is on what goes on Radio and TV. Olamide’s Science Student has been declared ‘Unfit for broadcast’. She further went on to mention that the song’s subtle promotion of illegal drugs was the main reason for declaring it unlawful as she issued a stern warning to all broadcasting houses; ‘We have communicated all our licenses for compliance or they will face sanctions’

Nigerian Afro-fusion artist  Burna Boy  releases his new project  Outside  via  Bad Habit . The 13-track project is preceded by singles  “ Sekkle Down ” ft. J Hus, “ Koni Baje ,” and “ Heaven’s Gate ” ft. Lily Allen  which are accompanied with a music video. Reekado Banks  has tendered a public apology to  Lil Kesh  and fans who felt offended by his braggadocios comment at his ‘Thank You’ concert in Ibadan. At the concert, the singer said “I better pass him papa” in reference to the incident that happened at the venue of the 2015 Headies Awards where the debate on who deserves the Next Rated Award between him and Lil Kesh, led to a confrontation between  Don Jazzy  and  Olamide , and later caused a stir on social media.
